Shanghai Gulin machinery co,.ltd 2009 annual meeting
Shanghai Gulin 2009 annual meeting was held at the sixth floor of the company east building on Feb.4th ,which comes to spring begins. The main topic of this meeting is the new year plan and excellent staff commendableness. The meeting lasted all day long, Chairman Yang and all the leaders of Management Committee were present and made statements .
The meeting was divided into two parts, In the morning all the managers of the company’s different department introduced their plan of the new year，which is the first part. This annual meeting is the continue of the last manager regular meeting before new year, on which all the department all showed their specific plan and arrangement for 2009 on the basic of 2008. Six leaders of Management Committee all expounded the details on international trade department, operation and audit department, civil mill department, manufacture centre, head office affairs. After that, the primary department manager explained their own department’s task plans. The two sales managers’ statements are unique: Mr. Du ,manager of Civil sales department recited his Original poem after report, in the aim of calling everybody to face the work in the active attitude. Otherwise, Wang xinmin,the manager of international trade department lead his team recited his Original poem named “Just we are young”, which expressed young’s passion for both work and life. Their show changed the solemn atmosphere, at last, Chairman Yang lead everyone recited aloud company’s slogan, which show our firm confidence for the new year’s work better.
In the afternoon, commendation meeting was started in a relax atmosphere. 15 stuffs who worked excellent in 2008 all were put on red flower ,and got the Chairman’s award. These stuffs comes from company’s different department ,some of them worked quietly in the financial affairs, some worked in the sales after service, and also some worked in the factory etc. Their achievement told everyone that no matter what job you are doing, you can reach high achievement if you tried hard. Not only the hard working got honor, but also gained all the people’s respect ion.
The 2009 annual meeting was ended in the ceremonious banquet. Chairman Yang raised the goblet to encourage all the stuffs for the new year, at the same time expresses his sincere blessings. This meeting gave a good start for 2009,the new year’s work.
